Dental Insurance and Dental Payments

Front Range Dental Center PLLC serves Fort Collins,  and the following dental communities: Loveland, Timnath, Wellington, LaPorte, Windsor, and Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of services rendered.  Front Range Dental Center accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover), Cash, Check and Care Credit.  Care Credit is a Line of Credit that is offered by GE Capital.  Care Credit has a 6 month interest free option that is offered at Front Range Dental Center.  We also offer 24, 36, 48, 60 month payment plans through Care Credit.

Front Range Dental Center shares the concern with our patients about the costs of dental care.   Our fees are comparable to the usual and customary charges by other dentists in Fort Collins area.   These charges are based on  Dr. Radtke and Dr. Eckhardt’s cost, time, and skill involved.

Insurance

Front Range Dental Center can submit your claims to your insurance.  Please bring your dental insurance card to your first appointment.

There are many different companies offering dental insurance.  Dental insurance will cover some, but not all of the cost for your dental care.   Many dental insurance plans have a co-pay (deductible) and percentage that must be paid by the patient at the time of the service.

Dental services cannot be provided on the assumption that the charges will be paid by the insurance company.   The patient is responsible for their bill, regardless of the insurance coverage.

Insurance coverage will not dictate the level of care.  The dentists at Front Range Dental Center will provide the best dental care for each patient.   Some insurance companies may be selective on what services are covered.  You will receive a written estimate showing the amount that the insurance is estimated to pay and the estimated amount owed by you.

Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you, the insurance company, and your employer, not between Front Range Dental Center and the insurance company.  If you have any questions about your dental insurance benefits, Front Range Dental Center would be happy to do a complementary benefits check for you.    This information will help you understand your dental insurance benefits.  If you have any questions about your insurance policy, please contact your plan administrator or the insurance company directly.   Please remember that insurance estimates are not a guarantee of payment.
